Chocolate Potato Chips by Table Forty Nine
These will cover all your cravings and leave you eyes wide wondering “are these the meaning of life?”
- 12 ounces chocolate of your choice
- 24 preferably whole Ruffles potato chips (or a nice solid chip with good credit who recycles )
- Sea salt, to taste
- Chunky sea salt
- Pepper flakes
- Cut up 5 cent candy
- Crushed Oreos
- Anything under the sun
Melt chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time stirring at each interval until melted. Or, use a double boiler to melt on the stove.
Dip each chip into melted chocolate, just over halfway, and place on a parchment or wax paper lined baking tray. While still melted, sprinkle with your toppings.
Let it harden in the fridge for 15 minutes and then sit back, stare at the ceiling and enjoy.
