What happens if my item(s) arrives broken?
We’re sorry! If your item arrives broken, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include an image (so we can see where it broke) and your order number. Once we receive this information, we will organize a replacement to be shipped out as soon as possible! In the meantime, take a toke, relax, and know that we got you covered.
What happens if I break my item(s) accidentally?
We get it, accidents happen! If you break your product within 30 days of receiving it, please send us an email at email@example.com with an image of the product, and how you broke it, we’ll issue you a 10% discount towards your next purchase.
What happens if my item(s) arrive with markings?
Many of our products are created with a 3D printer, which means each print will have slight variations. That said, we test all items to ensure the function and aesthetic meet our high standards of quality.
What is your return policy?
At this time we do not accept order cancelations, refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds can typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
When does my credit card get charged after placing an order?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed by us. That generally happens within 1–2 days.
Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
Unfortunately you are only able to use one promo code at a time. This includes our free shipping offer on purchases of $125 or more within North America.
Can I place a wholesale order?
You sure can! Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send over our look book to get things started.
