What to expect with shipping during the holidays?
If you need to know when to order by during the holidays, follow the dates below as a reference. Please know that we don't have control over the dates getting delayed, so we always suggest ordering sooner rather than later!
First–Class and Parcel – Dec 17th

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If Canada Post/USPS is unable to deliver, please contact your local postal service to arrange to pick up or delivery. If the package is stolen, please contact Canada Post/USPS (Package Inquiry to file a claim.
We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by the customer. If address entered is incorrect and the package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact Canada Post/USPS — We will not re–ship an order due to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Can I get free shipping?
You bet! We offer free shipping on all orders that are $125 or more. This only applies to orders being shipped within North America.
