When will my order arrive?
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (this is when we'll send tracking info)
- Orders shipping to The USA will arrive within 5-7 business days
- Orders shipping to Canada will arrive within 7-14 business days.
- For holiday ordering, please note that the cut-off date for ordering within The USA is December 15, and ordering within Canada is December 6th
- Order hasn’t arrived yet? If it’s been longer than the expected time we listed above, please email us!
- We are not responsible for stolen packages, and you’ll need to file a claim with USPS.
My item was damaged or broken when I received it
We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives broken, just email email@example.com. Please include an image (so we can see where it broke) and your order number. Once we receive this information, we will organize a replacement to be shipped out as soon as possible! In the meantime, take a toke, relax, and know that we got you covered.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time we do not accept order cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Can I place a wholesale order?
You sure can! Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll send over our look book to get things started.

You can email email@example.com and either Shafeez or Chloe will respond within 1-2 business days, with answers to all your burning questions!
When does my credit card get charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. That generally happens with 1 business day of your order being placed.
Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
Unfortunately you are only able to use one promo code at a time.
Where does Another Room ship to?
We ship to any address located in Canada and The USA. At this time we are unable to ship internationally.
