Ordering

When will my order arrive?

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (this is when we'll send tracking info)
  • Orders shipping to The USA will arrive within 5-7 business days
  • Orders shipping to Canada will arrive within 7-14 business days.
  • Order hasn’t arrived yet? If it’s been longer than the expected time we listed above, please email us!
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages, and you’ll need to file a claim with USPS.

My item was damaged or broken when I received it

We’re sorry to hear that! If your item arrives broken, just email hi@anotherroom.io. Please include an image (so we can see where it broke) and your order number. Once we receive this information, we will organize a replacement to be shipped out as soon as possible! In the meantime, take a toke, relax, and know that we got you covered.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time we do not accept order cancellations, refunds, returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Can I place a wholesale order?

You sure can! Just send an email to wholesale@anotherroom.io and we’ll send over our look book to get things started.

When does my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted. That generally happens with 1 business day of your order being placed.

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?

Unfortunately you are only able to use one promo code at a time.

Where does Another Room ship to?

We ship to any address located in Canada and The USA. At this time we are unable to ship internationally.

Another Room is a Woman & BIPOC owned business run by Chloe Popove and Shafeez Walji - click on either of our names and it’ll take you to our Instagram profiles so you can see who the heck we are!

How do I use my Joint Cone?

To use as a personal joint rolling machine, place the cone in the centre of your rolling paper, then wrap the paper around the cone, pop it out, and use the thin end for packing. If you’re a visual person, you can find a tutorial here.

Is the smell proof pouch actually 100% smell proof?

Is the Jointlocker smell proof?

The Joinlocker is somewhere between 70-80% smell-proof – if you put half-smoked joints into The Jointlocker often, you get a tiny bit of a smell. BUT, you can easily wash the weed smell out of your Jointlocker with a smidge of soap and hot water. See all Jointlocker 2.0 product information here.

Can I take my lighter out of my Jointlocker once I put it in?

You can! Your BIC lighter can be easily removed. See how to use your Jointlocker here.

Can I light my joint while my lighter is in the Jointlocker?

You can! There is no need to remove your BIC lighter before sparking your joint. And once your BIC is out, just take it out and swap with a new BIC. See how to use your Jointlocker here.

Does The Floating Ashtray float in lakes?

While intended for the bath and pools, The Floating Ashtray will float on any body of water.

How big of joint can you fit in the joint holder spot of the Jointlocker?

The joint holder spot in the Jointlocker is 3.6" Height x 1.75" Width x 0.82" Depth with the cap — it will fit most pre-rolls, and a few pinner joints. See how to use your Jointlocker here.
